VIP/Physical Tickets

What are physical / VIP tickets?
Unlike dated e-tickets, our VIP tickets are physical ticket stubs good for any date in the season, making them ideal for gift-giving. They also come with an at-home experience you can play the moment you get your ticket, and a bonus in-person experience before or after your ticketed event.

What's included in the VIP ticket?
Each VIP package includes a beautiful physical ticket stub, a play at home experience, a bonus in-person experience, and a commemorative keepsake.
The tickets are valid for any one available experience in the season for which they were bought. For example, the 2024/2025 season would include any experiences running from Spring 2024 through Fall 2025.
Each ticket covers the admittance for one player, but each VIP package includes a play at home experience and bonus in-person experience that can be shared by others. You may order VIP packages that include extra tickets and extra keepsakes.
As long as at least one person in the party has a VIP ticket, everyone can partake in the bonus activities - but only one keepsake will be provided. When making a booking, specify the # of people who have physical tickets versus the number of people who need to buy a regular e-ticket. Only the e-tickets will be charged at time of booking; the physical ticket stubs will be taken upon your arrival.
All our experiences are private. Only our performers and the people you book (whether they have VIP or regular e-tickets) will be in the experiences.
To redeem your VIP ticket and partake in the bonus experience, you must bring the actual ticket stub for redemption.
